Seen on the background is the cruciform Dusit Maha Prasat throne hall while the one behind me is the todd-looking builing nicknamed 'westerner with a Thai hat' by Thais due to the clashes of architcture style between western inspired building and Siamese roof which seems totally out of place! But still, it is the distintive scenery that caught my attention.

The entire tour in the Grand Palace was quite boring without the interesting insights shared by tour guide while visiting the attactions around the palace as we are on a free and easy trip. It is highly recommended that the tour to be accompanied by tour guide or audiobooks which is available for loan at the main entrance. It would deinately gives you total appreciation of the culture and history featured in the palace.

Also, the trp should be scheduled early in the morning especially so that no regrets on missig any attractive spots within the palace since it is open from 10.30 am to 3.30pm. So be sure to schedule your time or you will regret later!
